Public offer for services
Revision of 09.10.2026
Translation for convenience; the Russian version prevails.
1. General terms
The Provider — [Sole proprietor Full Name, OGRNIP, TIN, address] — offers any legally capable person (the Customer) a contract for access to computing resources with graphics accelerators (the Server) on the terms of this offer.
The contract is concluded when the Customer registers on gpu.nz and tops up the balance (acceptance of the offer).
2. Subject
The Provider gives the Customer temporary use of a Server with the configuration the Customer chose (GPU model and count, disk size, software template) through the personal console on the website.
Servers are physically located in the Provider's partner data centres in various countries. The location is shown on the Server card before launch.
3. Price and payment
Services are paid in advance by topping up the balance in the console by bank card, through SBP (Russia's Fast Payment System) or by invoice (for legal entities). The minimum top-up is 100 rubles.
The price is fixed when the Server is launched and is stated in rubles per hour. Billing is per minute: while the Server runs, the running price applies; while it is stopped, the disk storage price applies. Network traffic is billed per gigabyte at the rate shown on the Server card.
If a Server fails to start for reasons outside the Customer's control, no fee is charged for it.
When the balance falls to the amount needed to keep data for 24 hours, the Provider may stop running Servers. At zero or negative balance, Servers and their data are deleted 24 hours after notice.
4. Refunds
An individual Customer may request a refund of the unused balance at any time by contacting support. The refund is made by the same method as the original payment within up to 10 business days. Bonus funds are not refundable.
5. Rights and obligations
The Customer agrees to follow the Acceptable Use rules, not to use Servers for unlawful activity, and to keep their own data safe (including backups).
The Provider agrees to give access to the Server, keep accurate records of running time and provide support on Telegram.
The Provider may suspend access to a Server if the Acceptable Use rules or the law are breached.
6. Liability
Servers are provided "as is". The Provider is not liable for lost profit or for loss of data kept without a backup, including loss caused by a failure of partner hardware.
The Provider's total liability is limited to the amount the Customer paid for the Server concerned in the last 30 days.
