Personal data processing policy

1. Operator

The personal data operator is [Sole proprietor Full Name, OGRNIP, TIN, address].

2. What data we process

E-mail address, name (if provided), Telegram identifier (when you sign in with Telegram), payment and top-up records, records of rented servers and their use, technical data (IP address, browser data, cookies). We do not ask for a phone number.

We do not receive or store bank card data; the payment provider processes it.

3. Purposes

Registration and sign-in, providing services and recording their cost, accepting payments and issuing receipts, contacting you about the services, and meeting legal requirements.

4. Storage and protection

Personal data of Russian citizens is recorded, systematised, accumulated and stored in databases located in the Russian Federation.

Personal data is not passed to the partners who provide computing capacity: servers are created on behalf of the Operator with pseudonymous identifiers.

Data is kept while the account exists and for 3 years after it is deleted, unless the law sets a longer period.

5. Your rights

You may ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct, block or delete it, or withdraw your consent by contacting support.
