SwarmUI is an interface for generating images and video that runs on the ComfyUI engine. The prompt, the model and the settings sit in an ordinary form, and the full ComfyUI graph opens in its own tab when you need it. On gpu.nz the template runs SwarmUI on a rented card: you need no GPU of your own, and the interface opens through a protected link.
In short
SwarmUI runs on cards with 16 GB or more. The most affordable suitable card right now is the RTX A4000 16 GB from 13 ₽ per hour, billed by the minute.
Updated 13 October 2026
SDXL needs 12 GB, FLUX in fp8 needs 16 GB and full-precision bf16 needs 24 GB. For FLUX in fp8 an RTX 4080 with 16 GB is enough, and for bf16 take an RTX 4090 with 24 GB. For SDXL and prompt tuning a 16 GB card is usually enough, and it costs less.
Prices and availability come from the live catalog and update automatically.
SwarmUI is a layer on top of ComfyUI: the work runs through the ComfyUI engine, and a plain form with the prompt, the model and the size sits on top of it. For an unusual pipeline, open the Comfy Workflow tab and work with the full graph. For ComfyUI itself, read the guide ComfyUI on your own server.
| What matters | SwarmUI | ComfyUI |
|---|---|---|
| First generation | a form with the prompt and settings | a graph of nodes you have to assemble |
| A ready workflow file | opens in the Comfy Workflow tab | loads as a JSON file |
| Learning curve | low: a prompt and settings are enough | higher: you need to understand nodes and their links |
SwarmUI models live in the Models folder: put checkpoints, LoRAs and VAEs into subfolders by type, then refresh the model list after adding them. The minimum disk is 40 GB; for several FLUX and SDXL models take 80 GB, as the template recommends.
